Jindal SAW Ductile Iron Cement-Lined (DICL) Pipe is manufactured to AS/NZ 2280 standards for ductile iron pipes and fittings. This centrifugally cast and lined pipe offers durability and a long service life.

Ductile iron is a type of cast iron characterised by graphite deposits that give it excellent ductility and impact strength, as well as resistance to fatigue, elongation, and wear. The large inside diameter of DICL pipe results in less head loss while the smooth cement mortar interior provides a high flow coefficient, both resulting in pumping and energy savings.

Choose from a range of cement mortar lining options for high corrosion protection and hydraulic performance. We have a range of external coatings, including zinc aluminium, for corrosion resistance.

As well as civil works applications, DICL pipes are also used in mining for pressurised water supply, raw water supply, wastewater, and abrasive water discharge services. Our DICL pipes come in a large size range (DN100–750) and pressure range (PN20, PN35, Flange Class) to suit civil and mining requirements.
