Jindal SAW Ductile Iron Cement-Lined (DICL) Pipe is manufactured to ISO 2531 standards, which applies to ductile iron pipes, fittings, accessories, and joints used to construct water pipelines.

Ductile iron pipes provide high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, crushing load, impact resistance, and ductility. Centrifugally applied cement mortar lining offers excellent corrosion protection and hydraulic performance. Overall, DICL pipes make for strong and durable pipelines that can convey water, wastewater, and sewage over a long service life.

You can choose from several different linings depending on your application. Portland cement for drinking water, sulphate resistant cement for raw water, or high alumina cement for wastewater.

We have the full range of external coatings to protect against soil corrosivity and other elements. Our DICL pipe comes in a large size range (DN80–2200) and pressure range (PN20–100) to suit civil, industrial, and mining requirements.
