The Slurryflex PB Open Body Double-Ended Pinch Valve is ideal for isolating or modulating the flow of abrasive or corrosive media. When open, the valve allows media to flow freely through, preventing clogging within the valve. Two pinch bars on opposite sides of the sleeve mechanically closes the valve.

This valve uses a Slurryflex elastomer sleeve, which is manufactured using proprietary compounds. The sleeve completely isolates particles in the flowing media and protects the rest of the valve from damage or contamination. We can also customise the valve with a wide range of other elastomers.

The Slurryflex PB Pinch Valve is ideal for slurry control applications. It’s recommended for mineral processing, tailings lines, sand and gravel, and abrasive slurries. It can also be fitted with a custom sleeve for specialty application such as fluids or slurries containing chemicals, acids, and hydrocarbons.
