Rosemont Gold Mine Upgrade – 493 Valves Assembled and Delivered
The Rosemont gold operation, located 100km north of Laverton, produces a crushed and milled ore product which is transported as a slurry and processed at the nearby Garden Well facility.
In 2013, Regis Resources engaged Mintrex and contractor Interquip to upgrade the pumping capacity of the ore slurry pipeline. This upgrade lifted the combined ore flow across both sites to seven million tonnes per year. We were the sole supplier of all 493 manual and actuated valves for the slurry pipeline which were assembled, tested, and supplied from our Perth workshop.
