The Slurryflex CLX XA-Series Hard-Wall Ceramic Hose combines the strength and flexibility of rubber mining hose with the superior abrasion resistance of ceramic lining. It’s a straight length hose that allows for some degree of flexibility, suitable for both suction and discharge service.
The CLX series of ceramic hoses is designed for applications with severe wet sliding abrasion and erosion that would quickly wear out regular rubber mining hoses.
Fine grain alumina ceramic tiles are integrally built into the rubber using a hot vulcanisation process. This creates a seamless surface so the tiles can’t debond. Being set in rubber means the tiles absorb and dissipate impact, while Slurryflex Grade A rubber absorbs noise and vibration.
Independent tests show that Slurryflex hoses are the longest-lasting slurry hoses on the market. All of our hoses are custom made in Australia to your specifications. Talk to us about your requirements and we’ll help you choose the right hose for the job.
