The CMO UB Knife Gate Valve consists of two fully machined parts assembled with screws to create a solid body. This allows the valve to support the same pressure from either flow direction. Additional internal guides enable the gate to move smoothly through the stroke.

The seal is sandwiched between the split body and secured with screws. It’s reinforced with a metal core up for valves up to DN 600 and an outer rim for larger sizes. There are no internal cavities with such a completely flat seal, preventing the accumulation of solids.

This valve can be customised with a variety of body, gate, and seat materials, as well as other accessories, to suit your specific working conditions.

The CMO UB Knife Gate Valve is suitable for clean liquids and liquids with some solids.
