The CMO L Knife Gate Valve has a split cast iron body that is fully machined and reinforced to form a solid body. A through-conduit gate provides continuous flow with no cavities or turbulence. This enables true bidirectional sealing at the same pressure in either flow direction.

The half-moon shape of the gate allows it to cut through thick media. Internal slides allow the gate to smoothly open and close. Dual glands eliminate fluid discharge during the open/close cycle.

Choose from three dual seat options which can be further reinforced with a deflector cone to protect the valve from abrasion and channel the flow to the centre of the bore.

The CMO L Knife Gate Valve is suitable for dry solids and liquids with up to 20% solids concentration. This valve is also recommended non-horizontal installation as the dual sleeves keep the ported gate exactly in column.
