The Slurryflex SA-Series is a straight hose length made of three key layers. It has an inner tube made from a proprietary rubber compound that offers abrasion or chemical resistance; a wire helix reinforcement that withstands internal and external pressure; and an outer cover that provides external protection from extreme weather, chemicals, and oils.

As a specialty mining hose, the Slurryflex SA-Series allows for some degree of bending around corners or structures. It’s typically used to transfer abrasive slurries under pressure or vacuum. Slurryflex Grade A rubber gives long-lasting resistance to abrasion, cutting, tearing and overall wear.

Slurryflex hoses are the most flexible, longest lasting slurry hoses on the market, as shown by independent testing. Slurryflex Grade A rubber gives you long term resistance to abrasion, cutting, and tearing.

All of our mining hoses are custom made in Australia according to your specifications. We have the largest mining hose factory in Australia and use a hot vulcanisation process to produce a robust, premium hose. Talk to us about your requirements and we’ll help you choose the right hose for the job.
